Egress Window Installer

Evolve Egress & Exteriors is a residential exteriors contractor in business since 2004. We install egress windows, glass block windows, entry doors, and vinyl replacement windows across Ohio. We're hiring an experienced installer to join our Cleveland crew immediately.

The work

Egress windows are physical, skilled work. You'll be cutting into foundations, running a mini-excavator, building window wells, installing windows, and waterproofing — typically 1–2 day residential jobs with a 2–3 person crew. The work is steady year-round; we're not seasonal. If you take pride in finished work that's tight, square, and watertight, you'll fit here.

What your day looks like: report to the shop at 7am, load the truck with your crew, drive to the job, execute the install start to finish, walk the customer through the work, clean up, return to shop. We specialize in egress so this is what you'll do most days, but you'll cross-train on vinyl windows and entry doors too.

• $23–$30 per hour based on skill and experience

Required

• 1+ years in residential construction, carpentry, window/door install, or related trade
• Proficient with power tools and job site safety practices
• Able to lift 70+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Show up at 7am every day with a bias for getting it done
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working both independently and on a small crew

Bonus/preferred

• Egress install experience
• Concrete cutting or masonry experience
• Mini-excavator experience (we'll train the right person)
• Framing experience
