Window & Door Installer
$24–$34/hour · Full-time · Cleveland, OH
Craftsman-level window & door installs for homeowners who notice the details.
$24–$34/hr based on experience. Full-time, year-round work. Weekly pay, 401(k) match, paid holidays, paid training. Hiring now.
Who we are: We're a residential exteriors contractor in Cleveland, in business since 2004. We install egress windows, glass block, vinyl windows, and entry doors across Northeast Ohio. In-house crews, jobs scoped and scheduled before you show up, company tools and trucks provided.
The role: This is a flexible, hands-on field role for a well-rounded installer who's good with their hands and good with people. Most weeks you'll be on a crew running egress window installations — excavation, concrete cutting, window set, well build, waterproofing, backfill, finish. Other days you're installing windows and doors, doing interior finish and trim, or handling service calls. And as you learn our process, we'll train you to run site visits — going out to a homeowner's house, measuring the job, assessing what's needed, and walking the customer through it. It's a role with real variety, learning valuable skills, and a real path to grow.
We're looking for someone who picks things up fast, follows a process once they're shown it, and can talk to a homeowner in their own home like a professional. If you take pride in clean, finished work and don't need to be told everything twice, you'll fit here.
What a week looks like: 7 AM start at the shop. Most days you're either on a crew doing egress window installs or window and door installs. Mixed in: interior finish and trim, service calls, or a run of site visits once you're trained. Residential work, 1–2 jobs a day, mostly around the Cleveland area. You take care of the customer, close out the job clean, and move on to the next one.

What we offer
- $24–$34/hr based on skill (most starts $24–$28; experienced installers earn the top)
