Egress Window Installer Apprentice

We install basement egress windows, glass block, vinyl windows, and entry doors for homeowners across Central Ohio. We've been at it since 2004 with our own in-house crews. We're hiring apprentices to train up on our Columbus crew.

You do not need egress experience. We train that. What you do need is real hands-on work behind you — construction, framing, concrete, masonry, remodeling, landscaping, roofing, auto, or any trade where you used tools and worked with your hands. If your background is retail, food service, or warehouse only, this is not the right fit yet.

A typical day

• 7 AM start at our Columbus shop
• Load the truck with your crew
• 1-2 day residential jobs, 2-3 person crew
• Cutting foundation openings, setting window wells, installing windows, waterproofing
• Clean closeout with the homeowner, then back to the shop

What we look for

• Hands-on trade, construction, or skilled labor experience
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Able to lift 70+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
• Shows up at 7 AM every day, ready to work
• Coachable, reliable, and professional in a customer's home

What we offer

• $22-$28/hr based on what you bring
