Construction Foreman / Crew Leader

$60K–$90K, base plus performance. We pay a competitive base salary and a monthly bonus tied to how efficiently your crew runs — the harder and smarter you run your jobs, the higher in that range you land.
Who we are: We're a residential exteriors contractor in Columbus, in business since 2004. We install egress windows, glass block, vinyl windows, and entry doors across Ohio. In-house crews, jobs sold and scheduled before you show up, company tools and equipment provided. Small leadership team, no layers between you and the people who make decisions.
The role: you own the crew, the install, and the customer. The bulk of the work is basement egress window installation. Excavation, concrete cutting, window set, well build, waterproofing, backfill, interior finish — 1–2 day jobs, 2–3 man crew, year-round pipeline. You're on the tools with your crew, not watching from the truck. When the site throws a surprise — bad soil, a wall that's out of square, a drainage problem nobody saw coming — you're the one who figures it out and keeps the job moving.
Who we are looking for: you've run your own work before — subcontractor, small business owner, or a lead who ran jobs end-to-end with your own helpers. Fencing, decks, three-season rooms, exterior remodels, foundation work. You know how to run a job, run a crew, solve problems on the fly, and leave a customer happy.
Must-haves
- You've led — crew lead, subcontractor, or owner. People follow you because you know the work
- Valid driver's license
At least 2 of these 3
- Heavy equipment operation (mini-excavator / skid steer)
- Strong carpentry, including trim/finish work
- Water-management understanding — grading, drainage, why the corner is wet
